In 2021 the Design Advocacy Group has promoted advocacy in the excellence and equity of design, planning, architecture, and transportation of Philadelphia in spite of challenging circumstances.

 

Help us continue to deliver quality community programming in 2022, and beyond, including free monthly events, special tours and forums.

 

Your tax-deductible contribution helps DAG present our free, monthly, open-to-the-public meetings and special events and supports DAG’s advocacy initiatives. Even a small contribution is a signal to potential funders and decision makers that DAG matters!

 

DAG is careful with your dollars; we run on volunteer power with only one, excellent, part-time staffer. While we have relied on institutional support in past years, those partners are focused, rightly in our opinion, on supporting the Philadelphia community in COVID-19 recovery efforts, so your donations are more important than ever. 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we moved our monthly meetings online, and ensured that they would remain free and open to the public. We also have begun publishing them on our website to expand the reach of our programming. We’ve continued to publish DAG Forum pieces to bring new perspectives on the physical environment, and we launched DAG Dispatch, our weekly round-up of news and happenings in the world of architecture, planning, and design. Your support will help us continue and expand these efforts into 2022.Your contribution to DAG is tax-deductible because DAG is a project of CultureTrust Greater Philadelphia, a charitable 501(c)(3) trust supporting diverse cultural practices in the Philadelphia region.
